Rowe^© pioneered the 4 roll servo feed for the Cut-to-Length industry in the late 80's. Soon after introduction to the market, our 4 roll servo feed became the go-to workhorse for Cut-to-Length lines around the world. Today, our heavy duty 4 roll feed is comfortably at home feeding HSLA & AHSS materials for automotive stampers.

 

 

Rowe^©'s Gearbox Design

Our gearbox design drives the feed rolls accurately, quietly, and has years of proven reliability. The oil bath eliminates the need for periodic lubrication. Rowe^©'s Zero-backlash design provides for greater accuracy, allowing for roll repeatability of +/- .002".

 

 

Crank Adjust Floor Mount Stand, +/- 3"

Gib guided design allows for quick and accurate passline height adjustment with a simple turn of the hand-crank. No further alignment or securing to the press is necessary.
